Enjoy the seasonal landscapes of the great Aso.
Surrounded by the majestic nature of Aso's mountains and outer rim, the terrace adjacent to the lobby lounge offers a panoramic view of a Japanese garden that showcases the beauty of each season.
At the back of the garden, there is a small waterfall, where the flowing water nurtures a variety of living creatures.
Depending on the season, you may also spot rare wild birds.
Aso Outer Rim Mountain Borrowed-View Garden
Garden / Corridor
A relaxing hot spring and a Japanese garden spanning approximately 10,000 tsubo.
In the vast natural surroundings, you can enjoy views of the Aso mountains and outer rim mountains, with forests and lakes nearby.
From the terrace adjacent to the lobby lounge and the walking corridor leading to "Dondoko-yu," you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Japanese garden, showcasing seasonal landscapes throughout the year.
Lounge
The lobby lounge, which was revamped in October 2024, has transformed into a modern space.
From 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, a self-serve drink bar with alcohol is available, allowing you to enjoy a tranquil nighttime while watching the fire in the fireplace.
(The bar lounge is available only for guests aged 20 and above after 9:00 PM.)
Karaoke Room
How about a second party after dinner? We can accommodate both large and small parties.
Private bookings for up to 40 guests are available, so please inquire.
*Non-staying guests are also welcome to use the facility.
Business Hours 19:00〜23:00
Price: ¥1500 per person (excluding tax) – 2 hours of unlimited singing.
Guests are kindly requested to bring their own food and beverages.

Aso's local specialties and our hotel's most popular drink, yogurt.
All products can be shipped locally, and they are also available for
purchase on our online shop.
